Flinders welcomes inbound exchange students from more than 70 universities worldwide. We also offer outbound exchange programs for current students to study at one of our partner institutions across the globe.

You can gain international experience and earn credit for your degree while travelling the world. You'll also improve your confidence, become more independent, and make friends all over the world!

Broaden your horizons and discover Australia while studying at Flinders. Living and studying in Australia presents you with the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture while continuing your studies. You can apply for an exchange to Flinders University even if your university doesn’t have a formal Student Exchange Agreement with Flinders.

Why wait until after graduation to see the world when you can study overseas as part of your Flinders degree? Flinders has exchange partnerships with more than 70 institutions from a wide range of countries. You can also apply for a scholarship to help with the associated costs of going on an outbound exchange.

Outbound exchange
