How to book

  1. To check room availability please send us an email with the following information:
    • date(s) and time(s) of your event
    • expected number of guests
    • type of event – meeting/workshop/conference/lecture/other
  2. Please refer to Venue Hire Fees (PDF 22KB) (NOTE: venue hire is free of charge for Flinders University events)
  3. Once availability has been confirmed by a Victoria Square staff member please submit the online booking form
