Honours programs
Have you thought about undertaking an Honours year to complement your degree?
If you have demonstrated academic excellence (Grade Point Average of 5.00 or above) during your Bachelor degree you are invited to apply to undertake an honours year – a 1-year specialisation related to your undergraduate studies.
There are many good reasons to do Honours. It is a qualification that demonstrates your capacity to undertake higher levels of study. Honours equips you with high level research, writing and organisational skills. These skills will be of great benefit whatever you choose to do after Honours, whether it is progressing to a higher degree, further study in another area or moving into employment.
