This is the latest incarnation of the Macintosh Operating System.
This is a volume licence for 50 Macintosh computers starting on 1 September 2002 and running for three years. It can be extended to cover additional computers at an incremental cost. During the term of this licence the University is entitled to all new versions and minor upgrades at no additional charge.
At the termination of the licence the University may either renew the upgrade licence for a further three years or elect to withdraw from the program. In the case of withdrawal, the University may pay one additional year's licence fee to retain the licence versions currently in use.
