Developing a project plan
What difference is your project wanting to make, and what is it going to do to achieve this change? These are the central questions of concern in the planning zone. In evaluation language, this is known as “defining your goals, objectives and strategies”. This section contains some questions to guide you through developing a project goal, objectives and strategies.
