Alternatives to reports

Alternative means of promulgating evaluation findings include:

  • Information leaflets,
  • Short articles in appropriate newsletters,
  •  the use of the mass media (eg: local radio, press, specific magazines or even television),
  • conference presentations,
  • incorporation into an information launch with perhaps a brief discussion of the evaluation and its findings.
None of the above are mutually exclusive, and each can be used strategically to serve to reinforce the messages emanating from the findings.
