LEARNING OBJECTIVES

You will gain a fundamental understanding of the standard terminology and a legal overview of the processes for the collection and prosecution of evidence in a variety of forensic situations, and processes for screening and supporting patients.

You will develop strategies for managing and responding to situations against a background of jurisdictional differences.
