Coursework Degrees

The School of Computer Science, Engineering and Mathematics offers a wide range of undergraduate courses in the fields of computer science, engineering, information technology, mathematics, and statistics.  We have a reputation for producing graduates that are well regarded by local, national, and international employers. Moreover, we continually review and update our curriculum and teaching methodologies to keep them current.  Where appropriate, our courses are accredited by either or both of the Australian Computer Society or Engineers Australia.

Most teaching occurs on site at Flinders University's Tonsley Campus in Adelaide, but several courses include our nationally recognised 20-week industry work experience placements. Most courses can be started in either semester 1 or 2.

Flinders awards can broadly be categorised under eight headings:

Biomedical Engineering

Civil Engineering

Design and Innovation

Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Information Technology and Software Engineering

Mathematics and Statistics

Mechanical Engineering

Engineering Science and Technology
