The Flinders NT Regional Training Hub employs a team of professional administrative and academic staff across the NT to address medical workforce misdistribution provide support to strengthen the integrated regional training pipeline.

Our aim is to identify medical students, graduates and Junior Medical Officers who want to continue their medical training and work in the Territory and facilitate them into the postgraduate workforce in the NT.

Flinders University offers postgraduate award courses that aim to improve the health status of populations in rural and remote areas by appropriate education of the health workforce.

The Remote Health Practice Program combines online education with intensive in-person workshops in remote locations, catering to the needs of nursing and allied health professionals at different stages of their careers.
