Changing Times: Planning, Evaluation and Outcomes in Metropolitan Community and Women's Health Services (1996)

Richard Cooke

This report describes a South Australian Health Commission Metropolitan Health Services (MHS) Division funded research project that examined planning and evaluation processes in metropolitan community and women's health services. The research investigated the influence current changes to the health system in South Australia have on planning, evaluation and outcomes and identified the potential value of service agreements to community and women's health centres. The research developed from metropolitan community and women's health centre directors' desire to explore health outcomes in community health and their relationship to service agreement.
