Sir Michael Marmot visited Flinders University in April where he held a special lecture on Monday 10 April, at Flinders Medical Centre on health inequities and the causes of poor health, based on his research and international reviews of the social gradient in health and inequities arising from the conditions in which people are born, live, work and age. He was also the Keynote Address at the symposium titled Policies for Health Equity held on Tuesday 11 April 2017 at Flinders in the City. A recording of this symposium is available here.
