In February 2024, after four years of construction, the One Festival Tower welcomed a new era as Flinders' City Campus opened to thousands of students in the heart of Adelaide city.
Flinders University’s vertical campus is the first of its kind in South Australia. With all services and facilities situated within a single building, the campus fosters collaboration and empowers learning opportunities. Everything a student needs is just an elevator ride away.

One Festival Tower is Adelaide's tallest all-electric office building.
This remarkable structure has achieved impressive 5.5-star NABERS Energy and 4 star NABERS Water ratings, setting a new standard for sustainability in Adelaide.
The building is targeting a Green Star 6-Star rating and a Gold WELL rating for indoor air quality.
The extensive sustainability and additional wellbeing features of the building contribute to the proposed ratings:

The building is open from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. For staff and students, the building is open with swipe card access until 10:00pm Monday to Friday, and from 8:00am to 6:00pm on weekends.
Support services are provided between 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with select support services only being available between 9:00am to 5:00pm such as the library and other specialist support services.
The campus is closed on South Australian Public Holidays.
Flinders' city campus has a dedicated main entrance located on Station Road next to Adelaide Railway Station.
Access to the building is available from two entrances:
Lifts are available throughout the building from Festival Car Park to ground floor.
Upon entering & exiting the campus, contractors who are registered and have been inducted will be able to check in and out via the Now Agent app.
The City Campus loading dock is located underneath One Festival Tower and is connected to the Wilson Festival Car Park. Access to the loading dock is off Festival Drive, which can be accessed from King William Rd or Montefiore Rd. Please see detailed loading dock instructions here.
Access to the building between the hours of 6:00pm – 10:00pm, and Saturday to Sunday will be possible with your swipe card.

Outlined below are the facilities and services available at the City Campus for visitors, students and staff.
The male prayer room is available on level 4, and the female prayer room is available on level 5.
There is a dedicated parent's room on level 6.
Located on level 3 and with a capacity of up to 63 people, the Moot Court is a simulated modern court room, complete with a bench, bar table, witness stand and associates’ console, fostering a contemporary and inviting learning environment.
Specifically designed by the College of Business, Government and Law, it is embedded with the latest technology, including multiple cameras to support in-room activities and web conferencing, extending the reach of sessions.
If you're looking for somewhere to heat up your lunch, student kitchens are available throughout the City Campus for you to use.

An adjustment desk has been provisioned for all teaching rooms with sufficient room for wheelchair circulation. Additionally, hearing loops are available for staff (presenter) and students (audience), as well as in both event spaces.
Neuro-diverse quiet rooms with adjustable lighting are available on level 4.
There are 2 adaptive technology PCs on level 2 with the following technology:
Jaws: Screen reader that enables low/no vision users to utilise normal computer software.
Zoomtext: An enhanced zoom function for on-screen materials.
Dragon: Voice-to-text program that can be used for speaking your assignments, rather than typing.
You can drop into the Yungkurrinthi Student Room on Level 4 at any time during campus opening hours. This is a culturally safe space where you can study, relax, have a coffee or catch up with other students.

The City Campus Library, with its own private wrap around terrace, is conveniently located on level 4 along with the study hub and student kitchen (including reheat facilities). These will be accessible during the building opening hours, with specialist Library staff including FLO support available at the information desk from 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The Library's online catalogue FindIt@Flinders provides details of the books, journals, and other materials held by the Library along with details of extensive electronic resources. How-to guides are available to help you get started.

Printers will be available throughout the City Campus. By using the FlindersPrint option, you can print at any printer within the campus using your access card. Note that you will need to collect your print within 24 hours as per current practice. Information about printing and photocopying.
The City Campus is a bring your own device (BYOD) campus. Throughout the campus, you'll find plenty of power points, strategically placed for you to set up your own work stations.
There are laptops available for hire should students forget to bring their own devices. These are available for a loan of up to 6 hours from the self-service lockers on level 2.
With WIFI and Eduroam connectivity throughout, you can be connected wherever you are in the campus.
The City Campus has various study spaces available on-campus for informal learning and quiet study.
A study hub seating approximately 65+ students is located on level 4, with a further informal space with a writing wall behind the lift. A student learning lounge providing one-to-one study support is available on level 4. Additional informal study spaces are available on 2, 3, 5 and 6 as well as the outdoor terrace spaces on level 1 & 4.
There are a variety of spaces and rooms throughout the City Campus you can book to use, including study rooms, multimedia rooms, and event spaces.

WIFI is available through the entire City Campus.

One Festival Tower has security services on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week located in the car park entrance, as well as an extensive CCTV camera network which delivers high quality monitoring throughout the precinct, car park, lifts, and lobby areas. There are roaming guards in both One Festival Tower and the car park area.

Flinders' City Campus has a range of resources available to staff and students to book events, meetings, workshops, conferences, study spaces and workstations. All these resources are bookable via Resource Booker.

The City Campus has a combination of flexible teaching and collaborative learning spaces that can accommodate between 30-90 students & staff. Equipped with state-of-the-art AV facilities, these rooms are ideal for workshops, seminars and small lectures / presentations.

There are meeting rooms across the 5 levels for staff to book, and these range in capacity from 4 to 25. The meeting rooms on level 7 and 14 are not accessible to students. The rooms are equipped with a room display panel which provides the ability to book ad hoc meetings.

Executive Education
There are 14 quiet rooms available for staff to book. These rooms do not have AV equipment and staff are expected to bring their own device.
There are over 100 workstations in the city that are bookable for a full day (6 – 9 hours) or ad-hoc (max. 4 hours). The workstations located on level 7 are available for staff to book directly. Each workstation has a docking station, dual monitors, keyboard, and mouse available.
Small recording booths are available on level 6 for staff to create videos or engage in a web conferencing sessions.
The PC-based recording booths are sound treated and fitted with high-quality cameras, microphones, speakers and lighting, all set up and ready to go.
Room 634 & 635
Located on level 4 is the Student Learning Lounge, which provides group and individual study spaces that are available to book. The study spaces are available to book for a maximum of 3 hours and up to 14 days in advance.
The desks located in the learning lounge are not bookable and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
