Positive Role Model Awards

Flinders University recognises the importance of valuing male role models in addressing issues with men’s mental and physical health and fostering positive gender relations. This year, Flinders is championing our male role models through the Positive Role Model Awards.

Who can apply

These awards are open to any member of the South Australian community who is actively championing being a positive role model.

Prize

Recognition from Flinders University in the form of inaugural award, trophy, cash prize of $1000, free registration and seating at the VIP table at the awards ceremony (date TBC), and the opportunity to create a positive impact in the celebration of positive role models in the community.

How to apply

• Applications can be submitted via this form before mid-night on 19th of November.
• Applications are welcome from nominators and self-nominators alike.
• Applications will be judged only in the category for which they have been submitted and can be applied in one category only.
• Supporting evidence including links to websites, media articles, letters of endorsement will be accepted and not included in the total word count.
