Flinders University Museum of Art
Do you have a work of art you would like to donate to Flinders University Museum of Art?
Artwork in the Flinders University Museum of Art (FUMA) collections contribute to unique education and research programs for students, researchers and the community.
FUMA is registered to receive eligible works of art through the federal government's Cultural Gifts Program. Gifts received through the scheme are exempt from capital gains tax.
In most cases, you can claim the full market value of the gift as a tax deduction, and the cost of valuations. You can also elect to spread your donation value over a period of up to five years.
If you would prefer to donate works directly to the museum, rather than through the Cultural Gifts Program, FUMA will arrange a Deed of Donation.
