Freemasons Centre for Male Health & Wellbeing
Flinders University is a member of the Freemasons Centre for Male Health & Wellbeing, an alliance of organisations across South Australia and the Northern Territory that collaborate and jointly invest in multidisciplinary research.
The outcomes of this research informs policy and practice to advance the health and wellbeing of males and their families and communities.
The Centre's South Australian Division is based at the South Australian Health & Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) and includes Flinders University (in association with the Flinders Foundation) and the University of Adelaide. The Centre's Northern Territory Division is based at the Menzies School of Health Research.
The Freemasons Centre for Male Health & Wellbeing undertakes research and trains students and early-career researchers to become the next generation of biomedical and health researchers across three broad themes.
Flinders University acknowledges the funding support for these programs from Flinders Foundation and Masonic Charities Trust.
