What excites me the most about my field of study is the constant innovation and development in technology. IT is a field that is always evolving, and there is always something new to learn and explore. Being part of this dynamic industry and having the opportunity to contribute to its growth and advancement is truly inspiring.

I love studying at Flinders because of its supportive and inclusive community, where students are encouraged to engage in critical thinking, innovation and creativity.

The campus is also surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, which provide a peaceful and conducive environment for learning.

I also love studying here because of the university's commitment to providing a high-quality education and supporting student success. The professors are knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects.

Moreover, Adelaide is a wonderful city to live in. It is safe, affordable, and offers a high quality of life. The city is multicultural, which makes it easy for international students to adapt and feel at home. There are also plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy the city's vibrant arts and culture scene, food, and festivals.

What is the best thing about being a Flinders Ambassador?

As a Flinders Student Ambassador, the best thing is the opportunity to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and share my experiences with them.

Being an international student myself, I understand the challenges and opportunities that come with studying abroad, and being an ambassador allows me to help and support other students through this journey.

The role also allows me to develop important skills, such as leadership, communication, and cultural awareness, which are valuable in any career.

It also allows me to connect with other like-minded individuals who are passionate about education and making a difference in their communities. And, being a student ambassador gives me a sense of pride and ownership at Flinders University. It allows me to showcase the university's strengths and unique features

My favourite study spot on campus

My favourite study spot on campus is the Central Library.

The library offers a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for concentration and focus. It also has a wide range of resources, including books, journals, and online databases, which are essential for research and assignments. The library also has comfortable study spaces, including individual study carrels, group study rooms, and silent study areas, which cater to different learning styles and preferences.

And the library staff are always available to assist with research and other academic queries, which makes studying at the library a productive and enjoyable experience.

What I like to do in my spare time

I like to explore the city and its surroundings. Adelaide has many beautiful beaches, parks, and hiking trails, which I enjoy visiting and exploring. I also like to stay active by playing sports (badminton, boxing) or working out at the gym.

Flinders has excellent sports facilities, including a gym (as I'm a member for 2 years now) , sport court, which makes it easy to maintain an active lifestyle!
