Aarti Gulyani is taking a lead role in developing and co-ordinating the biostatistics infrastructure of the Caring Futures Institute and College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Flinders university. She provides leadership in statistical strategy and methodology in collaboration with major research programs/grants, contributes to high-level biostatistical advice to researchers, provides data analysis support, build statistical capacity by running workshops and mentoring higher degree research students.

With over 13 years’ of experience of working as a biostatistician across National data registries (ANZDATA, ANZOD, AOANJRR), South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) and SA Universities, Aarti has strong knowledge of health data analytics, advance statistical programming (STATA) skills and application of various statistical modelling (parametric, non-parametric, survival, zero-inflated, mixed models and many more) techniques. Her current research involves absolute survival analysis (Flexible parametric survival model), Causal inference, Mediation Analysis and advanced Machine learning techniques for prediction modelling. She is willing to collaborate and share knowledge with other researchers, produce high quality publications and deliver research excellence.
