Catherine Swetenham

Service Director of Southern Adelaide Palliative Services. I lead a regional palliative care service which covers a population of 350,000 people. We deliver care at the major hospitals within the area through a consultation liaison model. We provide home based consultations to clients wishing to receive their care at home, and we have a 15 bed specialist palliative care unit located on the grounds of the Repatriation General Hospital known as Daw House.

Academic status Lecturer B Flinders University. My teaching interests are around psychosocial care and I currently teach in the topic Communication at End of Life A and B.
