Cody Lindsay is an Associate Lecturer in Exercise and Sport Science. He is an expert in emerging sport and exercise technology to maximise human potential. He collaborates with community and elite sport organisations and bridges the gap between research and practice through data-driven methods which have multidisciplinary impact. His research focuses on maximising performance, supporting rehabilitation, and improving movement outcomes across sport, exercise, and clinical settings.
Cody has published in leading sports science journals and contributes to research that informs practice across biomechanics, skill acquisition, and movement science. He is actively engaged in projects involving industry partnerships, with research interests that span innovative movement assessments, sports technology, and applied biomechanics.
Cody’s teaching emphasises real-world application of biomechanics and skill acquisition in sport and exercise science. He integrates advanced technologies and authentic learning scenarios to engage students and build their capacity to analyse and improve human movement. He is committed to research-informed, student-centred teaching that supports diverse learning needs and prepares students for careers in sport and exercise science.
