Demi Martin is an Associate Lecturer in Disability and Community Inclusion at Flinders University and a Senior Developmental Educator. With nearly a decade of experience in the disability and human services sector, Demi started her career by working with individuals with disabilities in community and home-based settings. She has played a critical role in creating and implementing person-centered skill development programs and working collaboratively with families and staff working in disability. Her teaching, professional involvement and research combine interests in intellectual disability, skill development programs, and the role of a Developmental Educator.
