Ellen is an early career researcher undertaking PhD at Flinders University in Disability & Community Inclusion. She serves as a Member for the National Disability Research Partnerships Working Party. She was a former Member for the Health Performance council (statutory body in SA) providing advice to the Minister for Health and Wellbeing. Ellen has served on a number of committees and advisory groups. She is passionate about work that recognises and focuses on prevention of discrimination, harm, violence, abuse and neglect across all areas of community in the lives of people with disability.
