George Filipov

George Filipov works as a Web Developer/Multimedia Support Officer. He completed a BA (Hons) in Screen Studies in 1995, during which he made several short films.

George has worked as a freelance writer. His credits include 37 episodes of the national children's series "The Music Shop" and 45 episodes of "Here's Humphrey". He has also written two Humphrey story books and a "Music Shop" stage show, as well as portions of the first two issues of a new comic magazine for young people, "Toasti".

He has written 2 feature film scripts (unsold, alas) and continues to write (though he is time-poor with a 10 year old!)

George also used to work as a casual video editor and has worked on a dozen short films, some corporate programs, a cable television documentary, a few television commercials and 6 episodes of the Network Ten TV show "Beyond the Bitumen"
