Dr Jacqueline Morey

Jacqueline brings over 10 years experience in medical research to her current role of Senior Research Support Officer in Flinders Health and Medical Research Institute (FHMRI). After completing her PhD at the University of Adelaide in 2017, she undertook a postdoctoral research position in the United States at UIUC, then in 2020 became senior research scientist at the Adelaide small biotech company GPN Vaccines Ltd. She transitioned from bench science to research support at Flinders University in February 2022, and draws on her previous research experience in academia and industry to deliver innovative, tailored support to FHMRI researchers.

Jacqueline provides research administrative and project support to FHMRI researchers and the College of Medicine and Public Health executive team. This includes grant application support and development, planning and facilitating strategic research initiatives, data analysis and reporting.
