Jayshween Kumar is a Program Manager in Information and Digital Services specialising in delivering strategy led cyber security, data & analytics and digital technology projects/programs of work.
As a post graduate research student, she is researching the Applications of Data Science in People Analytics/Organisational Programs. Her specific research is on predictive models for skilling workers for the Future of Work. A supplementary interest is the ethical use of data. She has been tutoring in Fundamentals of Computational Intelligence since 2019.
As an experienced professional, she has industry experience across Finance, Banking, Technology, Mining and Higher Education; with strategy development and delivery, technology implementations, organisational transformations and supporting businesses make evidenced based decisions.
