Kiley is a Support Officer for Operations, with the College of Medicine and Public Health (CMPH). She currently supports both the Dean (People and Resources) and the Director of College Services.

She can assist with enquiries relating to any of the following areas:

  • Dean (People and Resources), Dr Jayanthi Jayakaran.
  • Director of College Services, Mr Mark Clayton.
  • Academic Status
  • Sponsored FANs
  • Body Donation Program (SA Statewide program)
  • CMPH Resource Committee
  • School of Anatomy Committees - Governance and Sub-Comms
  • Room bookings
  • Stationary / Paper supplies for CMPH Printers
  • Digital Signage in CMPH areas
  • Travel Schemes
  • Catering supplies and Milk deliveries
  • Any other area of Operations not covered by other portfolios.

During her time with the University, Kiley has also fulfilled other roles including:

> Fire Warden for Level 3 of the Health Sciences Building, 2021-ongoing.
> Secretary for the Department of Anatomy & Histology and the Centre for Neuroscience, 2001-2018.
> Administrative support to Assoc Prof Sonja Klebe, Anatomical Pathology, 2016-2018.
> Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) Support Officer, 2010-2018.
> Elected OH&S Representative for 'Group 3' (School of Medicine Administration & Non-Laboratory Staff at Flinders Medical Centre, Margaret Tobin Centre and Mark Oliphant Buildings), 2010 to 2013.
> School of Medicine Honours Program Secretary, 2002-2010.
> School of Medicine Accounts Clerk, 1998-2000.

She began her career with Flinders, with an internship in the Laboratory Manager's Office, during the time of Peter Steele.
