I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in ARIIA’s Workforce Capacity and Capability team. I have a Master of Health Science (Aged Services Management) and was awarded a PhD in 2018. I completed a Specialist Certificate in Implementation Science in 2020 and obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2023. I am a Distinguished Member of the Australian Association of Gerontology.

I have extensive experience in research, project management, communications and advocacy in academic, public health and service provider settings. I have been a teacher and tutor to undergraduate students and have supervised research projects by Bachelor, Honours and Masters students.

Over the years, I have been responsible for managing low and high risk projects, including all HREC processes.  I have also presented and published in various forums, and am pleased to have co-authored several papers related to research integrity. These include:

I am skilled in developing and delivering tailored training and workshops for diverse audiences, have delivered keynote presentations and been an invited panellist in a range of forums relating to ageing, aged care and mental health.

Whatever I do, I focus on evidence-based outcomes for real-world settings.
