With more than 30 years of meaningful strategic advice across the United States and Australia, I am an experienced and passionate communicator. My style is persuasive, self-motivated, capable, and utilise a diplomatic demeanour. Over my time in policy and politics, communications and community engagement, I have proven instrumental in the evolution of policy for industry/government, as well as issue analysis/advocacy strategy for third party organisations. From 2011-2013, I was honoured with the appointment to oversee Member operations for Congressional District One of the State of New Hampshire (USA), adding governance to my list of capabilities.

In the past three decades I have advised on political strategy and communications for American politicians at the local, state and federal levels. As well as advising industry stakeholders, representing various sectors; sustainable energy, information technology, veterans affairs, health care, property development, mining, education, entertainment, retail, manufacturing, regulatory, and non-profits.

These stakeholders were mostly interested in policy adoption, legislative support, public information campaigns and regulatory advice. The duties were comprehensive in project management, stakeholder relations, organising, policy research, writing and advocacy, and general lobbying activities. Campaigns were directed at the local, state and federal levels of government.

The Wilkins family relocated to Brisbane in 2016, moving to South Australia in 2020. Originally from New Hampshire in the Boston/northeast region of the United States. My two children and I reside just outside of Glenelg.
