Dr Stacey Henderson researches the protective capacity of law, including international law generally, responsibility of States, and governance of outer space and space technology. Her current research focuses on the international laws and norms relating to the use of chemical and biological agents against non-human targets and is funded by an Office of National Intelligence Postdoctoral Research Grant. Stacey's other research interests include commercial space activities, sustained human presence in space, the responsibility to protect civilians from atrocity crimes, disarmament and arms control, international humanitarian law, international peace and security, grey zone operations in space and cyber, and information and disinformation operations. Stacey is Lead, Defence, Security & Space in the Jeff Bleich Centre at Flinders University.
