I specialise in visual communication, using animations, video, graphics and photos to share complex information in new ways. My focus at Flinders is on helping our researchers tell their stories, and to share their work with a whole new audience in digestible, engaging pieces. My style focusses on clarity, with a touch of humour and whimsy – how to capture information, mood and feel in just one image.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Visual Communication; majoring in Film, Animation and Screenwriting.

Key responsibilities

Digital media creation, for example:

· 2D animation (full process; script, storyboard, graphics, voice over recording and coaching, animation, sound design)

· 3D animation (full process; script, storyboard, 3D modeling and rigging, voice over recording and coaching, animation, sound design)

· Filming (on or off site)

· Video editing (with supplied footage or footage I gather myself)

· Graphic creation/illustration

· Photography and photoshop

· Podcast recording & editing
