I was attracted to the flexibility of the Juris Doctor’s online delivery which allows me to study from anywhere and successfully manage work, family and study. The quality of teaching and innovative approach at Flinders law was also a major drawcard. In the Clinical Legal Education topic, we were given the opportunity to prepare submissions to the Australian Human Rights Commission based on ethical issues in relation to driverless vehicles, a very obvious disruptive technology requiring new legal solutions to protect our human rights.
