Apply your leadership skills and learned knowledge in your field to help provide guidance, advice and feedback to our students. Your insights and expertise can help support students to develop their skills and confidence before they enter the workforce.

Opportunities include placements or projects at your workplace, mentoring and presenting workshops or lectures. Our colleges offer specific mentoring programs based on demand of certain degrees. College of Business, Government and Law's MBA Mentoring Program

At Flinders, our MBA courses include the opportunity to be mentored by alumni and industry professionals who are experts in their respective fields. 

We are incredibly proud of the mentors who have volunteered to be involved in our MBA mentoring program. Our Flinders mentors are ready to impart their wealth of knowledge and experience to help students achieve their study and future career goals.

College of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences’ Student-Alumni Mentoring Program (StAMP)

StAMP connects final year Creative Arts students with Flinders alumni who have relevant industry experience and are willing to share their advice, knowledge and experiences – preparing students for their chosen career.

College of Nursing and Health Sciences' Nursing Leadership Mentoring Program

The purpose of the program is to facilitate mutually beneficial mentoring relationships that provide students an opportunity to connect with an established healthcare leader to develop their leadership skills.

Mentors will enjoy the opportunity to influence the mentees confidence and knowledge while developing their leadership skills.
