We offer a range of options to support you on your journey to measure food service satisfaction and achieve improvement through implementing evidence-based strategies in your residential aged care home. We also offer options for those undertaking research into food and nutrition in residential aged care.

Food Service Satisfaction Questionnaires
Our Questionnaires are valid for measurement of the food service satisfaction of stakeholders in residential aged care homes; the 25-item questionnaire for residents, the 24-item questionnaire for families of residents and the 42-item questionnaire for food service staff.

Food Service Satisfaction Questionnaires User Guide
This guide has been co-designed with industry to provide residential aged care homes with background information and basic guidance for using the FSSQs, in the most useful format to meet the needs of stakeholders.

These videos have been co-created with industry to provide additional guidance to residential aged care homes to facilitate their use of the Food Service Satisfaction Questionnaires.
