This application should be completed with reference to the Student-Alumni Mentoring Program Participant Guidelines.

Information you provide will be used to help match you with a suitable mentee.

Any personal information collected is to enable the operation and maintenance of the Program and its services, and will be managed as per the University’s privacy policy.

When we find a suitable match for you, we’ll provide you with some information about the student’s mentoring goals. Once you have approved the match we’ll provide the student with your contact details so they can introduce themselves and commence the mentoring relationship.
