This service can assist you with a truly individualised, evidence-based, effective exercise design to empower you in taking control of when, where and how you exercise.

- Exercise assessment, interpretation, and prescription
- Exercise rehabilitation and chronic disease management
- Pre-exercise screening assessment
- Cardiopulmonary exercise testing
- Full movement screening
- Cardiometabolic health assessment
- Glucose and lipid profile assessment
- 12-lead resting and exercise electrocardiogram assessment
- Exercise behaviour counselling and education
- Exercise and physical activity goal setting assistance
Costs
Individual exercise consultation - $20 (allow 1 hour)
- Pre-exercise safety screening
- Exercise behavioural coaching
- Realistic goal setting
- Motivation
- Baseline health and fitness measurement
Individual exercise follow up sessions - $50 (for 4 x 1-hour sessions) or $12 per session
- Exercise sessions customised for your goals
CPET assessment only - $150 (allow 2 hours)
- Health profile assessment
- Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test (CPET)
- Report on outcomes can be provided either directly to you, your GP or another allied health professional of your choice
CPET assessment + prescription - $200 (allow 2 hours)
- Assessment and report (as above - allow 2 hours)
- 4 x 1 hour follow up sessions to deliver program
- Home exercise program using Physitrack
- Triage/referral out for ongoing services on completion
