The Flinders University Institute for Mental Health and Wellbeing has partnered with the SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre to deliver a new program called the Be Well Plan; a program that helps you craft a unique evidence-based strategy matched to your needs and your unique circumstances, so you can stay feeling well and grounded.
If you are a Flinders University student please use the button below to participate in the Be Well Plan.
The Be Well Plan is a 5-session (10 hour) program that teaches you to find and master easy-to-use skills to build your mental health, wellbeing and resilience. It is currently being offered for free. The program is tailored to you and backed by research.
Hundreds of people have participated in the program and well over 2,000 people have requested a free wellbeing measurement. The initial evaluation showed that the results are profound, with significant improvements noted in all measured mental health outcomes, but more importantly showing real impact on participant lives.
After completing the Be Well Plan my friends and family have commented I sound 20 years younger! My wife says she's rediscovered her husband again. The program includes a whole of life analysis, the materials are superb, it's tailored to your specific needs. My personal relationships with others have really benefitted from me completing the Be Well Plan.
There's been a big change; I am communicating more, more openly and I am more engaged with the other persons needs. I have gained far more than I could have imagined by completing the Be Well Plan.
