10th International Workshop on High-Resolution Depth Profiling

6 – 10 November 2022

The 10^th International Workshop on High-Resolution Depth Profiling (HRDP-10) will be held in Adelaide in South Australia.

Submission of abstracts are open. The template for the abstract can be found below. Abstracts should be submitted via email to gunther.andersson@flinders.edu.au

The workshop covers a broad range of topics in the measurement of depth profiles with high depth resolution and the fundamental aspects of high-resolution depth profiling techniques. It includes but is not limited to the following topics:

Ion Detection in Helium Ion Microscopy and Atom Probe Tomography
Material Science Analysis Using HRDP Methods
Nuclear Reaction Profiling with Atomic Layer Depth Resolution
Low and Medium Energy Ion Scattering

The conference will be held at Flinders University campus at Tonsley.

Public transport

The Tonsley campus can be reached with public transport from the city center via train and bus or alternatively via car and taxi.

Car Parking

Parking at Tonsley is free of charge. The car park has 380 spaces, including several disability bays, located close to the Flinders at Tonsley building. Access to the car park is via the South Road entry to the Tonsley precinct. Other parking facilities are also located throughout the Tonsley precinct.

Public Transport

Tonsley is well serviced by trains and buses. Visit Adelaide Metro for timetable information.

Taxis

Taxis enter the Tonsley precinct via South Road and the pickup and drop-off area is adjacent to the Loop Bus stop on the eastern side of Flinders at Tonsley.

Accommodation

Recommended accommodation: Marion Hotel; https://www.marionhotel.com.au/

We have contacted the Marion Hotel near the Flinders campus at Tonsley. The hotel has a large range of rooms available. We recommend to book the rooms early because other events in Adelaide are organised for the same time.

Hotels can also be booked in the city. There is a direct train connection from the city to the Tonsley campus.
