The role of a Flinders education agent is to help you with your application and the application process. If you need help deciding on a Flinders course, understanding your eligibility or applying for a visa, your Flinders education agent can support you to ensure applying and accepting your offer at Flinders is as easy as possible.

Education Agent Complaints Process

If you are an international student and have concerns about the services provided by our partnered education agent, you can submit a complaint directly to Flinders University. We take agent conduct seriously and encourage students to report any issues, such as misleading information, unprofessional behaviour, or failure to act in your best interest.
