Self-motivation and hard-work are the two driving factors of my life. I strongly believe that I am responsible for everything I do, and this inspires me everyday.

The Flinders VC Scholarship has been my greatest motivation to continue my higher studies and to reach my long-term career goals as it affirms my previous achievements.

What I enjoy most about the design of my course, is that it enables students to make a choice from a variety of potential jobs and pathways after completing their studies. In the future, I aspire to be able to provide consulting services in cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.

Why study in Australia? 

I chose to study in Australia because Australian universities have good academic reputations and practical exposure. I also believe that the experience that I gain through a multicultural community while studying in a reputed university will expose my future career to the global working environment.

Tell us something about your culture that you enjoy sharing with other students. 

Sri Lankan food. Sri Lanka’s cuisine is incredibly diverse, with regional variations and influences from Indian, Dutch, Portuguese, and British cuisines.
