I believe the values that drive me are compassion and nurturing relationships. They truly define my life’s purpose. In my view, if you are compassionate, it keeps you motivated, able to empathise with others and builds an environment of kindness and support.
My career aspirations are to build a successful career in Human Resources. I am looking forward to gaining international experience and contributing to organisations by fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. In the future, I aspire to take leadership roles in human resources to enhance talent management and organisational growth.
I chose to study in Australia because it represents an exciting opportunity for me to step out of my comfort zone and immerse myself in an international academic environment. Australian universities are renowned for their diverse student populations, bringing together individuals from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Engaging with fellow students from around the world offers a unique perspective that will undoubtedly enrich my personal growth and contribute to my future leadership abilities in my chosen field. My sociable and extroverted nature drives my eagerness to embrace diversity by actively participating in a multicultural community, where I can exchange ideas and insights with peers of diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
What I find most enjoyable about my degree is the freedom to engage in open discussions with both my peers and faculty members during lectures. Additionally, the unwavering support from the faculty ensures that students encounter no obstacles while completing assignments or quizzes.
I've greatly appreciated a particular subject: 'Marketing in a Digital Age.' It involved an engaging simulation game where we simulated selling e-pizza. This hands-on approach to learning allowed us to apply marketing concepts in real-world scenarios, facing various challenges and adapting strategies to maximize profits, making it my favourite project.
I enjoy traveling and exploring new destinations, watching TV series, going out with friends, and participating in social events. When I am not studying or working, I like to involve myself in volunteering as well.
"If winter comes, can spring be far behind?" - P.B Shelly
My favourite films are The Pursuit of Happiness, The Fault in Our Stars, and Udaan.
