The Flinders University 2022 Agent Event commences at approximately 4:00pm Wednesday, 23 November 2022 and concludes at 4:00pm on Friday, 25 November 2022.
Participants commit to being fully available for these dates. Permission may be granted for a participant to stay additional days in Adelaide (for example, for meetings or to visit friends/family).
Additional costs for private travel arrangements and accommodation will be at the expense of the participant. Requests to stay longer will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Flinders University. Permission will not be granted if you wish to travel interstate or to other destinations either before or after the event.

Please note free time periods are included for participants to shop and explore. Please also note that the itinerary can be subject to change, the Flinders University team will advise participants about any updates.
Flinders University will manage all participant flights to and from Adelaide only. Flights will be booked within Flinders University’s budget expectations and to ensure participants are present in Adelaide in a timely fashion to attend all planned activities. Once booked, any requested changes to the flights will be at the expense of the participant. Flights will only be booked upon completion of all required documentation for the event.
Arrival airport transfers have been organised for participants arriving Wednesday, 23 November 2022. Please collect your luggage from the baggage carousel on the ground floor (Level 0) and meet our transport representative who will escort you to the coach for transfer to the Hilton Adelaide.
Airport transfers have been organised for participants departing Adelaide on Friday, 25 November 2022.
Accommodation has been booked for participants at the Hilton Adelaide, arriving Wednesday, 23 November and departing Friday, 25 November 2022.
Your event invitation includes the following
· 2 nights’ accommodation (23 & 24 November 2022)
· Breakfast in Coal Cellar and Grill for 1 person daily
· WIFI
Please note that incidentals such as room service, mini bar, dry cleaning etc. are at delegates’ own cost and are to be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out.
It is preferred that you are up-to-date with your COVID-19 vaccination status, our minimum requirement is to be double vaccinated.
You will be required to display your COVID-19 Digital Certificate via your smartphone prior to entry into some of the venues during the event. Where this is not possible, a printed immunisation history statement will be accepted. In the case of a valid medical exemption, a certificate of exemption AND a recent negative PCR test no older than 72 hours will be to be provided.
Flinders University does not provide travel insurance and strongly recommends participants arrange their own for the duration of the event.

Registration do not include insurance of any kind and delegates shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for personal injury and loss or injury to property, including baggage during the event. It is strongly recommended that delegates take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The insurance should cover loss arising from the cancellation of the event by the organisers or a person’s inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by Flinders University, the event secretariat, staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority for any person not holding insurance and any loss in this regard.
