Flinders University uses StudyLink to manage international student applications. Please login to StudyLink to submit, track, accept and view your applications. If you do not have access, please contact our team.
To ensure applications are processed efficiently please ensure:
To accept an offer and pay please login to StudyLink.
Click View Activity to respond to the offer, then click Respond to Offer.
To accept an offer on the student’s behalf, you will need the student to sign the Acceptance Form and Declaration as per their passport and then upload to StudyLink.
Upload all documents required to meet the condition/s (if applicable).
Click Accept Offer, you will then be transferred to the Flinders Western Union GlobalPay.
Choose your payment option:
Once payment has been received, your Client Services Officer will automatically be advised that an acceptance and payment has been submitted through StudyLink and they will action the acceptance.
Please track acceptance, payment and issue of CoE via StudyLink.
If the student has not accepted and decides to defer their offer:
Login to StudyLink.
Use the View Activity action to respond to the offer.
Click Respond to Offer.
Select Defer Offer and choose the next available intake.
Provide any additional documents or comments and click Defer Offer.
You will receive an updated offer or be contacted by the Client Services Officer
If the student has accepted and decides to defer their offer:
Login to StudyLink.
Click Resources.
Download Deferral of Admission Form, please request the student to complete and sign.
Upload the completed and signed form as an Attachment into the student’s application.
If a student is unable to commence their studies or receives a visa refusal, they may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to International Student Tuition Fees Procedure to establish eligibility

To gain direct admission to Flinders University, you must meet our required academic and English proficiency requirements.
To gain direct general admission to an undergraduate course at Flinders, you must have successfully completed a recognised secondary education qualification overseas or in Australia, and satisfy our English language proficiency requirements.
To enrol as a student at Flinders University in a postgraduate course, you must meet the specified academic entry requirements, as well as the English language proficiency requirements.
If your first language is not English you will need to meet our English language entry requirements in addition to the course prerequisites.
