Advance your career through a collaborative research project with a leading industry partner. Undertake Honours in Business, Criminology or Government and investigate an industry-relevant question or problem.

In an Industry-Targeted Honours, you will:

Research a question or problem posed by an industry-partner – over 9 months, under the supervision of industry-experienced researchers from Flinders University
Be briefed by - and present progress and findings to - industry partner
Produce a detailed report of key findings delivered to industry partner

Eligibility

To be eligible for an Industry-Targeted Honours you will need:

To be an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, an Australian permanent resident or have, or are eligible to apply for, a relevant international visa; and
Meet Flinders University Honours admission requirements – and an applicant must have at least one of the following Australian qualifications (which must include studies relevant to the proposed field of research), or the equivalent qualification as approved by the relevant authorised delegate:
- A Bachelors degree with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 5; and
- Are available to commence as a full-time Honours student at Flinders University in semester 1, 2023
Any other eligibility criteria relevant to the industry partner/research project as identified in the available project opportunities.

To apply, students must complete an Expression of Interest, to be submitted to Dr Andrew Groves, CBGL Honours and GDRM Coordinator via email (cbgl.honours@flinders.edu.au), but no later than Monday 14 November 2022, COB.

Expressions of Interest should include:

Why you are interested in the industry-targeted track
Why you believe you would be a good candidate for this track
Any specific areas of interest
A copy of your unofficial transcript

* Once EOI is approved and project established, students will be invited to submit an application.
