The Graduate Certificate in Research and Evaluation for Practice focuses on developing skills to evaluate and improve programs and policies, and is designed for those in fields such as education, social work, and policy. Students will be prepared to design meaningful research that drives sustainable, evidence-based change in their professional settings.

The Graduate Certificate in Research and Evaluation for Practice will prepare you to excel in an increasingly data driven world. It is a pathway for a career in data analysis, grant writing, and program evaluation in health, social work, education, and across the social sciences. The Graduate Certificate also prepares mid-level and higher managers to conduct data-driven evaluations of their programs, to integrate evidence-based evaluation into grant applications, and to interpret complex statistics to improve decision making.
