“
Effective communication is of the utmost importance in healthcare. I found this topic both challenging and rewarding. This topic has taught me the key communication concepts and skills required to communicate at a higher level in the workplace. This includes leading effective meetings, have difficult conversations, engaging staff and driving change. I have developed formal communication skills which has enabled me to have crucial conversations with the higher executive team, but also provided me with strategies for crisis management. I highly recommend this topic.
