The Micro-credential in Foundations of Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work is perfect if you're in a customer-facing role or responsible for creating a positive work environment.
You'll focus on topics such as self-awareness and assessment, coping with stress, responding to mistakes, managing difficult thoughts and emotions, coping with change and increasing positive outcomes.
If you're interested in studying Mental Health and Wellbeing at Graduate level, this micro-credential is a great way to sample what you'll learn about from our experts.
Undergraduate micro-credential entry requirements: None
Postgraduate micro-credential entry requirements: Undergraduate degree in social sciences, education, humanities, health, nursing, or other relevant discipline as approved by Flinders University

2. Foster a positive work environment: learn and practice in-the-moment strategies to support mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, empowering your team to be adaptable in a wide variety of situation.
3. For participants who wish to pursue further studies, the micro-credential also provides credit towards our Mental Health and Wellbeing courses.
