You will leave with an understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of IB education programmes as a sound foundation to working in an IB school.

On completion of this short course, participants will be expected to be able to:
Assessment (for credit purposes) is optional, and will consist of an inquiry project, critical reflections and evaluation (to the equivalent of 4,500 words).
Participants who elect to complete the Assessment Module (at an additional cost) will qualify for 4.5 units of credit into postgraduate education courses at Flinders University (subject to course rules).
Participants who attend all 5 days will receive a Certificate of Attendance for the 30 hour course.
Flinders University was one of the first universities in the world to offer IB-recognised postgraduate programmes in both education and leadership.
In 2022, we hope to also offer the IB Certificate in Teaching and Learning as an option within our Initial Teacher Education degrees.
