In the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (Graduate Entry), you’ll focus on legal skills and critical perspectives on the function of law. The course is designed to provide an enhanced program of study for applicants of exceptional academic ability.

You will develop high-level communication, presentation and collaboration skills in preparation for future roles in a range of settings. If your focus is not admission to practice, the Bachelor of Laws allows for faster completion.

What you will study

The program includes core topics in the 1st and 2nd year to provide you with a strong foundation for later substantive topics. These core topics cover essential legal skills, ethics & professional responsibility, international law and global perspectives, torts, contracts, and corporate law, amongst others. Options topics are provided in years 3 & 4 to further develop your areas of interest.
