Applications for this course are submitted directly to the University through the Online Application System. The application process may differ for each applicant so make sure you read the following information so you can get started.
- If you have never studied at or submitted an application to Flinders University, you can register and submit your application through the Online Application System. You will receive two emails once your application is completed: confirmation of application submission; and a second email with your student ID. Note, it may take 1-4 hours for your student ID to be created.
- If you have been made an offer to study for a course at Flinders University within the last 12 months you can submit your application via the Student Information System. Select the My Applications tab at the top of the page, click on 'Add New' button and search for the course.
- If you have been made an offer for a course at Flinders University more than 12 months ago you will need to reactivate your FAN first. With an active FAN you will then be able to submit your application via the Student Information System as advised above.

When adding your preferred course to your application, use the following codes to make your search easier:
- GCESSO - Graduate Certificate in Electromagnetic Systems and Spectrum Operations
- GDPESSO - Graduate Diploma in Electromagnetic Systems and Spectrum Operations
- MESSO - Master of Electromagnetic Systems and Spectrum Operations.
You will be required to provide a copy of your Official Academic Transcript for you Bachelor qualification as part of the application process. If you have completed the required Bachelor degree at Flinders University, you do not need to provide an official academic transcript. Confirmation of your NV1 clearance will be sought once you have submitted your application.
